These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zion Akua website and any order you place with us. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Information on this website is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Zion Akua is not a medical practice or a pharmacy and does not provide medical care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Prescription treatments are available only after you complete an online medical intake and a licensed clinician reviews it. Clinicians are independent providers in our care partner’s network (Altro Health). They decide whether a prescription is appropriate, and they may decline, change or request more information, including recent lab work or a short video consultation. Placing an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Medications are prepared by U.S.-licensed pharmacies.
Lab tests are performed by CLIA-certified laboratories. Follow the preparation and scheduling instructions shown on each test, such as fasting where required. Results are provided for your information and should be discussed with a licensed clinician.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is made through PayPal. After you pay, you must attach a screenshot of your payment at checkout. Your order is placed “on hold” and is confirmed only after we verify your payment. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.
We currently ship within the United States only. Approved prescription orders are shipped by a licensed pharmacy, usually with 2-day discreet delivery once the order is approved and prepared. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the website, provide false medical or personal information, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The content, design, logos and graphics on this website belong to Zion Akua or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zion Akua is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
