An expanded lab panel that evaluates immune regulation, autoimmune activity, and inflammatory pathways that may influence reproductive health.
Prescription treatments include a short medical intake at checkout. A licensed clinician reviews every order before anything is prescribed or shipped — if it is not approved, you are fully refunded.
This panel should be paired with the full Women’s Fertility Expert Panel and adds markers focused on immune regulation, autoimmune activity, and coagulation related immune pathways.
Expert hormonal and metabolic assessment
Reproductive and ovarian health: Estradiol, progesterone, total testosterone, free testosterone, DHEA S, FSH, LH, SHBG, prolactin, and Anti Müllerian hormone (AMH). Evaluates ovulation, ovarian reserve, androgen balance, hormone availability, and brain to ovary signaling.
Thyroid function and immune regulation: TSH, free T4, free T3, TPO antibodies, thyroglobulin antibodies, and ANA panel. Assesses thyroid performance and screens for autoimmune patterns that may influence hormonal balance, metabolism, and fertility.
Metabolic and cardiometabolic health: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, fasting glucose, fasting insulin, hemoglobin A1c, leptin, lipid panel with ratios, lipoprotein(a), high sensitivity CRP, uric acid, and homocysteine. Provides insight into insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, inflammation, and cardiovascular risk factors that intersect with hormonal health.
Blood health and systemic function: CBC with differential. Evaluates red and white blood cells and overall hematologic status.
Nutrient and micronutrient status: Vitamin D, vitamin B12, folate, iron with TIBC, ferritin, magnesium (RBC), zinc, and selenium. Assesses nutrient levels essential for hormone production, thyroid conversion, ovulation, immune balance, and energy metabolism.
Lupus anticoagulant and antiphospholipid antibody panel
Evaluates markers associated with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), an autoimmune condition linked to recurrent pregnancy loss and implantation failure.
Antiphosphatidylserine antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA): Provides extended evaluation for seronegative APS patterns that may not be captured in standard antiphospholipid testing.
Coagulation immune markers: aPTT, D dimer, and fibrinogen. Assess immune related coagulation signaling and inflammatory thrombotic activity.
Extended lupus and autoimmune screening: Anti dsDNA antibodies. Screens for autoimmune patterns associated with systemic lupus erythematosus and related immune conditions.
Sjögren’s syndrome antibodies: SS A (Ro) and SS B (La). Evaluates autoimmune conditions that are frequently underdiagnosed in reproductive age women and may influence pregnancy outcomes.
Rheumatoid arthritis screening: Rheumatoid factor and CCP antibodies. Assesses autoimmune activity associated with rheumatoid arthritis and related immune pathways.
Complement activity: Complement components C3 and C4. Evaluates complement system activation, which may reflect ongoing immune activity or autoimmune signaling.
Immunoglobulin panel (IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE): Provides insight into overall immune competence and antibody production patterns.
Celiac disease screen: Tissue transglutaminase IgA with total IgA. Evaluates for celiac disease and malabsorption patterns that may affect nutrient status and reproductive health.
Together, these markers provide a comprehensive view of immune regulation, autoimmune signaling, and inflammatory pathways that may influence fertility and pregnancy outcomes.
This panel should be paired with the full Women's Fertility Expert Panel.
Cycle timing matters more for this panel than most. It is recommended that you schedule your lab draw on day 2 or 3 of a standard 28-day cycle.
Cycle timing is not always predictable. You may reschedule your lab appointment if needed, though same-week availability may be limited.
It is recommended to fast for at least 8 hours before your draw.
Why it matters: immune system dysregulation and autoimmune activity can affect implantation, placental development, and early pregnancy stability, and certain autoimmune, coagulation-related, and complement pathway markers have been associated with recurrent pregnancy loss, implantation challenges, and unexplained fertility patterns.
Who it's for: especially useful for women with a history of recurrent pregnancy loss, unexplained implantation failure, positive autoimmune markers, or a personal or family history of autoimmune conditions.
This panel should be paired with the full Women's Fertility Expert Panel.
