We want you to feel confident ordering from Zion Akua. This policy explains when you can cancel an order and when you are eligible for a refund.
If a licensed clinician does not approve your prescription treatment, your order is cancelled and you receive a full refund for that treatment.
You can cancel any order for a full refund before it has been approved and sent to the pharmacy or laboratory. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
For your safety and in line with pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been prepared or shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will work with the pharmacy to replace it or refund you.
Lab test orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the lab order (requisition) has been issued. Once a lab order has been issued or a sample has been collected, lab tests are non-refundable.
If we cannot verify your PayPal payment, your order will not be processed. Any amount we receive for an order we cannot fulfil will be returned to you.
Approved refunds are sent back to the PayPal account you paid from. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
